This is the newest update for the LG eXpo. This software version is V10g .

As of July 1st 2010, A software update is available for the LG eXpo (GW820). This software update provides multiple bug fixes including Read/Receipt message delivery and backup PIN usage when using the fingerprint scanner to secure the device. Once updated, the device will display software version V10g.

Note: All user data will be erased. User data should be backed up prior to completing software update.
