how can i get unlock code free of charge? I bought LG GT540 in Greece, but it is not working in Russia. After step 3 it says SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN. YOUR PHONE IS NOT PERSONALIZED.. and the only button is DISMISS..

To use the unlock code you need to have the correct sim,eg if its on orange you need to put an orange sim in,unlock… then put your own sim in.

I had the same problem “PHONE IS NOT PERSONALIZED” in an LG optimus T. The phone WAS locked. The message stopped when I turned off airplane mode. After that, you can proceed to unlock your phone.
